Anita Maček is an associate professor at DOBA Faculty. Since 2009 she also acts as a member of Management board in Union of economists of Slovenia. She has extensive experiences in the fields of increasing efficiency of the business process, optimizing business processes, minimizing costs, creating the vision and strategy model etc. She has been involved in a number of consultant and research projects. Some of them are: optimizing business processes and increasing values-added in different Slovenian companies; creating vision and development strategy for different municipalities in Slovenia; project management and development of regional projects for different Slovenian regions; internationalization model for companies in five steps: Rain-Maker. |
